$9.99 flat rate standard shipping anywhere.

NB. Depending on your order destination, you might have to pay customs fees. 

Average shipping time is 5 - 11 days.

Music downloads are delivered immediately.

You will receive an email with your own download link.  

If you set up an account you will be able to access your download link anytime.  You can download your files up to 5 times and then the link will expire.

We will happily replace any misprinted/ damaged/ defective items within 7 days after the product has been received.

Unfortunately we cannot except returns or exchange for change of mind.

Music downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order is damaged, please contact mail@ambashepherd.com within 7 days of receiving your order.   We will send return instructions.
