- We ship worldwide!
- Standard shipping cost varies for the item type, number of items and destination; and is shown at checkout.
- We use reliable global carriers such as DHL, USPS, Australia Post, FedEx to ship our merchandise to you.
- Average fulfilment and shipping time is 11 business days.
- Depending on your order destination, you might have to pay taxes or customs fees.
- Estimated delivery time will be live at checkout.
- Music downloads are delivered immediately.
Returns
- We will happily replace any damaged or defective items within 7 days after the product has been received.
- Unfortunately we cannot except returns or exchange for change of mind. Therefore, please make sure you check the sizing information and description clearly listed with each product.
- Our products are all made to order, printed on-demand, via our partner factory Printful® Inc. 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 and are therefore exempt from the 14 day cooling off period for online purchases under EU consumer law.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
- To request a return please email mail@ambashepherd.com with your product details, a photo of the damaged product, your order number and your full contact information.
- Music downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
